What we promise

  • Perform the services listed in your agreed package.
  • Confirm the price and scope before work begins.
  • Get your approval before additional paid work.
  • Explain visible concerns and realistic cleaning expectations.

What Express means

Express Wash & Wax and Express Full Clean accept any vehicle condition.

You are paying for the listed cleaning steps, not a guaranteed like-new result.

Stains, embedded dirt, heavy buildup and paint contamination may remain.

Extra Express Rinseless is for lightly soiled vehicles only.

What is not guaranteed

  • Complete removal of every stain, odor or pet hair.
  • Restoration of worn, faded or damaged surfaces.
  • Scratch removal through washing or clay treatment.
  • A showroom result from an express service.
  • An exact wax or sealant lifespan.

Protection & extra services

Clay treatment is required before our paint sealant service.

Clay removes bonded contamination; it does not remove scratches.

Protection life varies with use, washing, weather and storage.

Shampoo/extraction, odor treatment and polishing are not included unless agreed separately.
