About Forged by Heart
Forged by Heart is an owner-operated detailing business in Richmond, KY. Every vehicle is cleaned by Kyle Massingill — the person you call is the person doing the work.
Why this business exists
My daughter's medical journey — including a heart transplant — showed me firsthand what it means to go through hard times and have a community stand behind you. That's where the name comes from, and it's why giving back is built into how this business runs rather than bolted onto it.
With five years of detailing experience, I focus on precision, consistency and doing the job right — without cutting corners. I genuinely enjoy the work, and I'm grateful that every customer who supports this business also helps us give back to someone in our community.
10 cars = 1 given back
For every 10 full-price paid details, we provide one free detail for someone in need.
This is a community commitment, not a customer loyalty reward. The free detail goes to someone in need — it isn't a discount on your tenth visit.
How we work
- • Everything is washed and cleaned by hand.
- • Starting prices are published by vehicle size; final pricing depends on size and condition.
- • Final scope is confirmed at booking, after we know the size and condition.
- • If something in your vehicle isn't likely to come out, you'll hear that up front.
- • Polishing and paint correction are quoted separately, not included in packages.
