From there you choose your protection: wax with approximately one month of protection, or a paint sealant with up to six months — with clay treatment to remove bonded contamination.

It pulls bonded contamination — industrial fallout, overspray, rail dust and road film — out of the clear coat. The paint feels smooth afterwards. It does not remove scratches.
